Ham, fig, buffalo mozzarella, fresh basil and lemon zest salad

Ingredients - Serves 4-6

100g Hans Oliving Sliced Naturally Smoked Ham
4 figs
100g (4-5 medium balls) fresh buffalo mozzarella cheese
¼ cup fresh basil, torn
1 X zest of 1 lemon
6 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp honey
3 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 tsp salt
⅛ tsp pepper

Step 1

Make dressing by mixing all ingredients in bowl and set aside.

Step 2

Score the top of each fig with a cross then tear each into quarters and lay on the plate.

Step 3

Tear each mozzarella ball and place it on the plate. Drape ham over and in-between the other ingredients on the plate.

Step 4

Spoon the dressing over the plate, and finish with the basil and fresh lemon zest.
