Pizza with salami, rocket, bocconcini and artichokes

Ingredients - Serves 3-6

100g Hans Oliving Sliced Pizza Salami
350g pizza bread dough
1 tbsp plain flour for dusting
140g pizza sauce
200g bocconcini
100g artichoke hearts, cut into quarters
20g rocket
¼ tsp freshly cracked pepper

Step 1

Roll out pizza dough (click here for pizza dough recipe) with a rolling pin or fingers into a circle about 2cm thick on a flat, floured oven tray.

Step 2

Spread the sauce over the dough.

Step 3

Add the salami, bocconcini and artichokes on the pizza and bake at 200°C for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bread is cooked.

Step 4

Slice and serve with rocket and freshly cracked pepper.

Can be served with shavings of parmesan cheese. Store-bought pizza base can be used.
