Salami, goat’s cheese, sun-dried tomatoes and rocket on grilled Turkish bread

Ingredients - Serves 3-4

100g Hans Oliving Sliced Hungarian Salami
400g Turkish bread
100g sun-dried tomatoes
100g goat’s cheese
50g rocket
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp lemon juice

Step 1

Slice the Turkish bread in half lengthways and brush with olive oil.

Step 2

Grill for 3-5 minutes or until golden and just toasted.

Step 3

Remove from grill. Lay salami, sun-dried tomatoes and goat’s cheese onto the bottom half of the bread. Return to grill for 5 minutes or until the salami and goat’s cheese is roasted.

Step 4

Add rocket dressed in olive oil and lemon juice; replace the top half of the bread, portion and serve.

For extra flavour, brush the bread with olive oil infused with garlic and herbs.
